Documents you upload to Digital-Safe are shared only with people you explicitly choose to invite. All sharing is view-only—recipients cannot edit, download, or re-share documents without your permission.

With Service Providers

We use Vercel for hosting and infrastructure. Vercel's infrastructure encrypts data in transit and at rest. We share only the minimum data necessary to operate the service.

For Legal Compliance

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process (subpoena, court order, etc.). We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of such requests unless legally prohibited.

We Do NOT Share With

Marketing partners, advertisers, or any third parties for commercial purposes. Your data is not sold, traded, or used for marketing beyond your explicit consent.
